அருமருந்தொரு சற்குரு மருந்து,
அகிலமீடேற இதோ திவ்யமருந்து.
சரணங்கள்
1. திருவளர்தெய்வம் சமைத்த மருந்து,
தீனர் பாவப்பிணியைத் தீர்க்கு மருந்து.
2. செத்தோரை வாழ்விக்கும் ஜீவ மருந்து,
ஜெகமெல்லாம் வழங்கும் இத்தெய்வ மருந்து.
3. இருதய சுத்தியை ஈயுமருந்து,
இகபரசாதனம் ஆகும் மருந்து.
4. ஆத்மபசிதாகம் தீர்க்கு மருந்து,
அவனியோர் அழியா கற்பக மருந்து.
5. சித்த சமாதானம் உண்டாக்கு மருந்து,
ஜீவன்முத்தி தருஞ்சேணுள்ள மருந்து.
6. உலகத்தில் ஜீவசக்தி தந்த மருந்து,
உலவாத அமிழ்தென வந்த மருந்து.
7. தேசநன்மை பயக்கும் திவ்ய மருந்து,
தேவதேவன் திருவடி சேர்க்கு மருந்து.
8. பணமில்லை இலவசமான மருந்து,
பாவிகளுக் கெளிதில் ஏற்படு மருந்து.
9. என்றும் அழியாத தேவருள் மருந்து,
என் பவநீக்கும் யேசு நாதர் மருந்து.
சாயங்காலமும் விடியற்காலமுமாகி மூன்றாம் நாள் ஆயிற்று.
And the evening and the morning were the third day.
பின்பு தேவன்: பகலுக்கும் இரவுக்கும் வித்தியாசம் உண்டாகத்தக்கதாக வானம் என்கிற ஆகாயவிரிவிலே சுடர்கள் உண்டாகக்கடவது, அவைகள் அடையாளங்களுக்காகவும், காலங்களையும் நாட்களையும் வருஷங்களையும் குறிக்கிறதற்காகவும் இருக்கக்கடவது என்றார்.
And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:
