ENGLISH VERSION: Today’s Bible Verse (26.01.2023):
VERSE:
As one whom his mother comforteth, so will I comfort you; and ye shall be comforted in Jerusalem. (ISAIAH 66:23 KJV)
EXPLANATION:
“I will chastise you as a man is chastised by his mother; ye shall be chastised in Jerusalem.” (Isaiah 66:13) May the Lord bless you. Like a true mother she will take care of all your needs.
When we were little children, our mothers fed us; They took us to school; They did everything for us. Our Lord God also has a motherly heart.
“I used to walk with Ephraim by the hand, but they did not know that I was their healer.” (Hosea 11:3) reveals how God’s heart is. We see that the Lord took responsibility not only for Ephraim, but for all of Israel.
As the Israelites walked through the wilderness, the Lord was always with them as a pillar of fire and a pillar of cloud. Their feet are not swollen; Their clothes are not old. The Lord carried them like a mother.
God chose Moses to be the leader of all the Israelites. At one point he could not bear them. “…Did I conceive all these people so that you could say to me, ‘Hold to your bosom? Did I receive them?” (Numbers 11:12) Moses asks God. Carrying more than 6 lakh people was a big responsibility for Moses. He was tired. But the Lord took responsibility for all of them.
Perhaps, at some point your family members failed to take care of you. Be careful. “I will cherish you as a mother,” says the Lord today. He pays attention to even the smallest details about you.
Mothers do everything for little children. Perhaps, you can say that I lost my mother. I have mothers; You can also say I don’t care. Whatever your situation, the loving Lord says, “My child, I am your mother.”
As a mother takes care of her child’s needs, the Lord will take care of your needs. A harm and damage cannot reach you. The Lord is on your side, so put your trust in the Lord. He will do everything for you. May your heart not be troubled!
PRAYER:
The supreme father of love! I praise You for Your promise of love. Thank you for loving me unconditionally and taking care of me like a mother. I should never feel lonely again in my life. Fill me with the presence of your love. Fill me with your joy and peace. Help me to walk with you always without leaving you. Lord, teach me your ways like a mother and make me your child. May my life be filled with Your blessings and bring glory to Your name. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
