This song is so powerful! I accidentally ran across it (well, the Holy Spirit put it in my path-so no accident really!). It is EXACTLY what I need to hear in my life right now. I am believing for miracles and all I can do is believe on God’s promises and remember what he has done in the past. He has never failed me before and I know he won’t fail now. This song is an eye-opening reminder of that truth. It also brings to mind many scriptures, one of which is Psalm 37:25.
The moment i realised the words of this song, it just struck me! And the waterworks didn’t stop from flowing. Soon, i saw myself with hands lifted up, claiming the lyrics, the PROMISES that i know are not forgotten. This holds so much in meaning in my life. Thank you for this song, it is ministering in my life up til now. THANK YOU. THANK YOU!
This is the song that brought me back to Worshipping Jesus! It’s powerful! I encourage people to share it that’s how I found it ,I haven’t been the same since! I received Jesus in my heart when I was very young but after years of the enemy attacks,on my marriage,my health mentally and physically took it’s toll and I ran! After the loss of someone so close to my heart on October 5th 2017 I lost it completely! Then someone shared this song ,I listened to it and felt the Holy Spirit! I came back ! To stay He never once gave up on me like the enemy told me He was there the whole time! He made a way where there was no way! He kept His promise! I received Jesus in my heart January 23rd 2018. I’m not leaving you Jesus ever.
I always imagined how songwriters could exactly say the words I cant… Now this is how, every word counts, not for the radio but for the people and these are prayers people can’t say. Anytime I hear that bridge in fact, the words of the song in toto, I cant help but say that God put all that in your hearts and mouths to give hope and inspire his people when they are discouraged. This. Just now. This. All of it. God woke me with THIS song in my mind. Then, doubtful thoughts about my work came flooding in. And he impressed upon my heart to just sing the words. To JUST sing the words! And as I journaled He told me NOT to quit! NOT to put my faith in my fear. But to put my faith SOLEYin HIM! And the tears are filling my eyes and soaking my face. The promo still stands!! He GAVE me this dream. He’s moved the mountains before and He’ll do it again! Wow! He is so good! The promo still stands!! He’s going to do HIS part if I will just do mine.
